Tuning In Now offers self-care tools for mind, body, and creative wellness. We will be providing bi-weekly wellness workshops to support the lives of Dunedin business owners. Each one hour session will be centered around how to use flowing movement, mindfulness, and creative expression in the workplace. We will also open the floor to discuss any issues people feel comfortable sharing. We hope to bring a moment of clarity, fun, and community to each workshop. 

 

Meet your instructors:

Bryan Voliton is a Transformational Guide. His passion is helping others succeed at living the lives they want to live. Born a visual artist and raised by an amazing teacher, this translated into a successful graphic design career, where he naturally took on a mentoring role with his peers. 25 years later and many different hats worn, he finds his strength in listening deeply and helping people set a path to their wellbeing. 

 

Mason Gehring is an Actual Floridian, born into a family of artists in Dunedin. She is a studio artist, drawing and painting instructor, and an artist in healthcare professional, with a BFA from the School of Visual Art and an MA in Arts in Medicine from University of Florida. She believes that creating is our first language and it?s a primitive ritual that keeps us connected to humanity, ourselves, and pushes civilization forward.

 

Two sessions are available in April (4/6 & 4/27).
