This is a small, hands-on birth prep experience designed to help you feel calm, prepared, and supported as you approach labor — together.

You’ll learn how to:
• Understand what to expect in late pregnancy and labor
• Support your body through movement, positioning, and alignment
• Use practical comfort techniques during labor
• Involve your partner in a confident, supportive role
• Tools for making informed decisions

This class blends guidance from a certified birth doula and childbirth educator with chiropractic-informed insight, giving you a well-rounded, body-aware approach to birth preparation.

• Partner support techniques
• Take-home resources
