Savor a classic, elegant meal in this hands-on Food Art Workshop—perfect for cooks of all experience levels. You’ll learn how to roast chicken with bright citrus and fragrant Herbs de Provence, prepare crisp haricots verts, and pipe and bake golden duchess potatoes. The class is relaxed and welcoming, blending timeless techniques with plenty of tasting and conversation along the way.
Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with the meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. Menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
