Tuning In Now offers self-care tools for mind, body, and creative wellness. This is a bi-weekly wellness workshops to support the lives of Dunedin business owners. Each one-hour session will be centered around how to use flowing movement, mindfulness, and creative expression in the workplace. The floor will also be open to discuss any issues people feel comfortable sharing. 

 

Your instructor:

Bryan Voliton is a Transformational Guide. His passion is helping others succeed at living the lives they want to live. Born a visual artist and raised by an amazing teacher, this translated into a successful graphic design career, where he naturally took on a mentoring role with his peers. 25 years later and many different hats worn, he finds his strength in listening deeply and helping people set a path to their wellbeing.
