Sizzlin’ Summer Art Camp

Sizzlin’ Summer Art Camp offers a fun, engaging, and educational visual arts experience for elementary-aged students. Campers explore a wide range of media, techniques, art history, and multicultural perspectives through age-appropriate, theme-based projects. Students rotate through four classes daily, creating artwork that is ready to take home by Friday. Clay projects require kiln firing and will be available for pick-up the following Thursday.

Yellow Group

Ages 6 (completion of kindergarten required)

Blue Group

Ages 6–7

Green Group

Ages 7–8

Red Group

Ages 8–10

9:00–10:00 a.m.

2-D Drawing & Painting

Clay Handbuilding

11:20 a.m.–12:10 p.m.

Indoor Lunch (not provided)

12:15–12:45 p.m.

Theme-Related Video or Indoor Games

12:50–1:50 p.m.

3-D Art Class

1:50–2:50 p.m.

Hands-On Museum Time

Outdoor time may be included at the instructor’s discretion.


Lunch & Snacks
