Travel through bold, vibrant flavors in this hands-on Food Art Workshop inspired by Southeast Asian cuisine—welcoming cooks of all experience levels. You’ll prepare tender chicken satay with zesty lime peanut sauce, spicy wok-fried green beans with pork and Thai basil, fragrant green curry lemongrass mussels, and savory chicken dumplings, finishing with a refreshing mango sorbet. The class is immersive, social, and technique-driven, offering plenty of tasting and learning along the way.
Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with the meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. Menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
