Discover warm spices and comforting flavors in this hands-on Food Art Workshop inspired by Middle Eastern and North African cuisine—welcoming cooks of all levels. You’ll prepare a fresh cucumber tomato feta salad, bake baladi pita bread, cook fragrant saffron rice, and simmer a flavorful chicken tagine alongside crisp falafel. The experience finishes on a sweet note with rich Dubai chocolate cake. Relaxed and social, the class blends technique, tasting, and shared discovery around the table.
Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or beverage of choice to enjoy with their meal. Please wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair. Menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
