Sharpen your skills and savor the experience in this hands-on Food Art Workshop, open to all levels. You’ll learn classic techniques while preparing an elegant, bistro-inspired menu—from perfectly seared steak au poivre to crispy pom frites with truffle aioli, a bright butter lettuce salad with Dijon caper vinaigrette, and a strawberry macaron finished with rich chocolate ganache. The atmosphere is relaxed, social, and immersive—perfect for learning, tasting, and enjoying the process.
Adult students (21+) are welcome to bring a bottle of wine or favorite beverage to enjoy with their meal. Wear comfortable shoes and tie back long hair so you can focus on cooking and having fun. Please note: menu substitutions cannot be made the day of class, and registration closes 48 hours before the workshop begins.
