Volunteer Opportunity – Dunedin History Museum



The Dunedin History Museum is seeking friendly, welcoming volunteers to join our team! This role involves greeting visitors, assisting with gift shop sales, and handling museum admissions. Volunteers serve as the first point of contact, helping create a positive and memorable experience for guests from around the world.



Responsibilities:



    
	
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
    • 
	
  • Assist with gift shop purchases
    • 
	
  • Handle admission sales and provide general information
    • 




Schedule:



    
	
  • Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (two shifts: 11 AM – 2 PM, 2 PM – 5 PM)
    • 
	
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
    • 




This is a great opportunity to meet new people, connect with visitors from across the globe, and support your local community.



Must be 17 years of age or older to volunteer.
