JD Adler was born with a black eye and giggling in Easton, Pennsylvania.  After a lifetime of traveling, writing, and doing every job there is in one restaurant or another, JD and Lisa (the love of his life) have decided to settle down in beautiful Dunedin and put all that experience to work in a cozy cafe.
