Phil Dragonetti is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience and a strong reputation for excellence. He earned his B.A. in Management from Florida State University and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.
Phil joined McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A. in 2005 and quickly became a key member of the firm. He achieved Board Certification in 2006, a distinction held by a small percentage of attorneys, reflecting his expertise and commitment to high standards.
He is a member of The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and has been actively involved in the Pinellas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he has served in leadership roles. Phil is also a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Clearwater Bar Association.
Gary Lyons is the senior partner of McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., where he has practiced since 1981. His work focuses on corporate and business matters, including sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and estate and trust planning and administration.
A Boston native, Gary earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Western New England University. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1979 and is a certified arbitrator, including serving as a Florida Bar Fee Dispute Arbitrator. He is admitted to practice in federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit.
Gary is active in the Clearwater Bar Association and has served on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee. He is also deeply involved in the community through youth coaching and civic service.
Rosanne Pappas is the Community Liaison for McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., where she leads the firm’s outreach and relationship-building efforts throughout the Tampa Bay community. She is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and referral networks, helping to expand the firm’s presence and connections.
Rosanne plays a key role in coordinating events, sponsorships, and community initiatives, working closely with the firm’s leadership and marketing team to support business development efforts. Her ability to connect with people and foster meaningful relationships enhances both client engagement and the firm’s reputation.
Known for her energy, professionalism, and strong community ties, Rosanne is an essential part of the firm’s continued growth and visibility.
Lia Prodromitis is an Administrative Assistant at McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., where she supports the firm’s daily operations and client-facing functions. She plays a key role in managing front office responsibilities, coordinating communications, and assisting with scheduling, document handling, and general administrative support.
Lia works closely with attorneys, paralegals, and the administrative team to help ensure matters are handled efficiently and clients receive a high level of service. She also assists with office organization, internal processes, and event coordination.
Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and positive approach, Lia is an integral part of maintaining the firm’s professional and welcoming environment.
Chuck Sullivan is the managing partner of McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A. A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984. He previously served as an adjunct law professor at St. Petersburg Junior College, a certified arbitrator for the Florida Sixth Judicial Circuit, and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Court Mediator.
Chuck is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and American Association for Justice, and has served on The Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
He is highly active in the community through youth sports coaching and charitable work, and has held leadership roles with organizations such as the Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation, Leadership Pinellas, and the Kiwanis Club of Palm Harbor.
Christie L. Sullivan is an associate attorney practicing Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as Student Director of the Insurance Law Clinic, representing clients in various insurance matters. Christie also gained courtroom experience as a Certified Student Attorney with the Public Defender’s Office and worked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tampa and a Fortune 100 company’s in-house legal department.
As captain of her law school’s Negotiation Team, she placed third in the ABA National Negotiation Competition. She also served as a Civil Rights Moot Court Student Instructor.
After practicing in Minneapolis, Christie returned to Clearwater, Florida, where she is active in the legal community and a member of the Florida Bar, Minnesota State Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
