About Us

      

Palate Culinary Services is a Downtown Dunedin–based culinary company specializing in catering, hands-on cooking classes, corporate team building, private events, culinary demonstrations, and kids cooking camps. Led by Chefs John Lewis & Debbie McGiffin, we create food experiences that are interactive, welcoming, and focused on bringing people together through great food.

From upscale catered events and private in-home cooking lessons to brewery brunches, public cooking classes, and community events, our goal is to make every experience memorable, approachable, and fun. Our popular cooking classes feature multiple dishes, hands-on participation, and a relaxed social atmosphere where guests cook, learn, and enjoy the meal together.

We also offer one of the area’s long-running Kids in the Kitchen summer camp programs, giving young cooks the opportunity to build confidence and real culinary skills while exploring a variety of cuisines and techniques.
