                                            <p><strong>Maria Amalia Robbin</strong> was born and raised in Colombia, where coffee runs deep through her family’s 200-year legacy. Named after her great-grandmother <strong>Amalia</strong>, a pioneering widow who built a coffee empire a century ago, Maria continues her tradition through <strong>La Amalia 1888</strong>. After over 20 years as an international food broker, she returned to her roots to share <strong>100% specialty Colombian coffee</strong>, roasted to perfection in medium, dark, and espresso roasts. She is the author of <em>Planting The Seeds</em>, an elegant coffee table book about coffee basics and principles, and recently finished her second book—a novel inspired by true stories from her family’s coffee heritage, coming soon.</p>
