Our mission is to provide guests with exceptional hospitality, thoughtfully appointed accommodations, and memorable Florida Gulf Coast experiences. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, family vacation, beach escape, or extended stay, our cottages offer the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Caladesi Cottage is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. Just steps from restaurants, breweries, boutiques, the marina, and the Pinellas Trail, this cottage features a modern kitchen, spacious living areas, private backyard, fire pit, hammock, complimentary bicycles, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking

Sandy Toes Cottage is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage located just a short walk from the beautiful shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Perfect for couples, it features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, private fenced backyard, patio, fire pit, hammock, complimentary bicycles, Wi-Fi, beach wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.

Sandy Feet Cottage is our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage designed for families and small groups.
