Hi, everyone, my name is Elaine Lawrence!  I am the Owner and Lead Coach at The Crew Of Clearwater.  My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

About me:

I am an injured athlete.  I’m a Certified Personal Trainer. I have my 500 hr yoga cert. I’m Certified in Flexology.. Thai massage, percussion therapy, PNF, Spin Instruction, Parkinsons modality, Functional Movement, Essentric Loading and I taught Rock Steady Boxing and Kickboxing… I’ve been a rowing instructor for approximately 3 years now.
